Do you replace my POS?

No — we sit alongside it. Diners pay through Stripe Connect direct to you, and we expose orders + payments via API for any POS that wants to ingest them.
How do refunds work?

Restaurants almost never refund — when you do (rare quality issue), use the Stripe Express dashboard (one-click). We don't build a refund UI you'd use twice a year.
What about online food delivery (UberEats etc)?

Out of scope for now — those are well-served. We focus on direct phone + QR + web orders where you keep 100% of the revenue.
